Customarily in the physics of sound, static-acoustic-related topics are addressed. For instance, the change in the sound level vs discrete change in the distance. In dynamic cases, e.g. the Doppler shit although the relative motion of the components , i.e…

The lid-driven cavity is an important fluid mechanical system that serves as a benchmark for testing numerical methods and for studying fundamental aspects of incompressible flows in confined volumes. These flows are driven by the tangential motion of a bound…

The mathematical model of bioconvection flow of micropolar fluid through a vertical surface containing nanoparticles and gyrotactic microorganisms is presented in this study. In the study, weak and strong concentrations of microstructures are explored. In the…

In this paper, we use Riccati equation to construct new solitary wave solu tions of the nonlinear evolution equations (NLEEs). Through the new function transformation, the Riccati equation is solved, and many new solitary wave solutions are obtained. Then it…

In this report, two nontraditional mechanical wave-related issues are addressed. 1) Customary, for practical reasons the characteristics of the sinu soidal pulses progressing at a constant speed only is considered. And 2) the literature search shows that ther…

A mathematical model comprising of nonlinear reaction, diffusion, and convection mechanisms seen in natural and anthropogenic processes is numerically investigated here. It is proposed that a higher order numerical scheme of finite difference method be used i…

In the experimental field, researchers need very often to select the best subset model as well as reach the best model estimation simultaneously. Selecting the best subset of variables will improve the prediction accuracy as noninformative variables will be r…

This paper explores the use of soft decision trees [1] in basic reinforcement applications to examine the efficacy of using passive-expert like networks for optimal Q-Value learning on Artificial Neural Networks (ANN). The soft decision tree networks were bui…

In this paper, a class of smoothing modulus-based iterative method was presented for solving implicit complementarity problems. The main idea was to transform the implicit complementarity problem into an equivalent implicit fixed-point equation, then introduc…

We envision utilizing the versatility of a Computer Algebra System, specifi cally Mathematica to explore designing physics problems. As a focused project, we consider for instance a thermo-mechanical-physics problem showing its development from the gro…

All manuscripts must be pre… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
