American Journal of Computational Mathematics (AJCM) is a journal dedicated to providing a platform for publication of articles about mathematical research in areas of science where computing plays a central and essential role emphasizing algorithms, numerical methods, and symbolic methods. All manuscripts must be pre…

Quadrature rules for evaluating singular integrals that typically occur in the boundary element method (BEM) for two-dimensional and axisymmetric three-dimensional problems are considered. This paper focuses on the numerical integration of the functions on th…

We review two important fields of application for the method of Variable Projections (VARPRO): Seismic Prospecting and Medical Imaging. We cover the period since 2002 when a first review was published. Variable Projections is a method for the solution of nonl…

The extrapolation technique has been proved to be very powerful in improving the performance of the approximate methods by large time whether engineering or scientific problems that are handled on computers. In this paper, we investigate the efficiency of ext…

In this paper, we present a new method for solving a class of high-order quasi exactly solvable ordinary differential equations. With this method, the computed solution is expressed as a linear combination of the canonical polynomials associated with the give…

The aim of this paper is to apply Adomian decomposition method (ADM) for solving some classes of nonlinear delay differential equations (NDDEs) with accelerated Adomian polynomial called El-kalla polynomial proposed by El-kalla [1]. The main advantages of El-…

To address the problem that existing bipartite secret sharing scheme is short of dynamic characteristic, and to solve the problem that each participant can only use secret share once, this paper proposed a bipartite ( n 1 + n 2 , m 1 + m 2 ) -threshold multi-…

In this paper, we study the class of one-dimensional singular integrals that converge in the sense of Cauchy principal value. In addition, we present a simple method for approximating such integrals.

In this paper, the fluid examined was electrically conducting. The presence of a uniform transverse magnetic field at the plate was also taken into cognizance. The flow was governed by a modeled coupled nonlinear system of partial differential equations (PDEs…

We present a fourth-order finite difference scheme for the Helmholtz equation in polar coordinates. We employ the finite difference format in the interior of the region and derive a nine-point fourth-order scheme. Specially, ghost points outside the region ar…

We develop a dynamical model to understand the underlying dynamics of TUBERCULOSIS infection at population level. The model, which integrates the treatment of individuals, the infections of latent and recovery individuals, is rigorously analyzed to acquire in…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
