Abstract
Certainly, we now know that strategic management is nothing but a set of managerial decisions and actions with which we can determine the long-term performance of any company or organization. Hence the goal of this research paper, where the formulation of the external and internal strategy is reviewed, and this includes the concept of strategy preparation, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring. This is in addition to defining the factors that would be a successful strategy for any company or institution, whether governmental or private, and the set of moves and methods undertaken by the administra tion to produce successful performance at home and abroad. As the re search is an essential part of it, it aims to shed light on the idea of developing management strategies based on how the organization’s management directs its work successfully and accurately and achieves its target goals.
