Abstract
The social enterprise arouse s during the exploration of new welfare system by the western welfare states in 1970s. It was stemmed from the basis of non-profit organization and related to solving unemployment problems. The time for our country to accept the concept of social enterprise came later. In general, the social practice and theory study of social enterprise for our country are still at an early stage. This paper selected the transformation of commercial enterprise to social enterprise to be the topic of discussion, and explored the motivation factors started by case studies, which aimed at enriching the study in the field of social enterprise in our country.
