Abstract
Green finance is rapidly developing around the world in recent years and has become a new means of environmental governance. The development of green finance in China is particularly flat and the improvement of market mechanisms become s the key to it. After analyzing the trading markets of many developed countries, this paper gives corresponding suggestions for China’s development of green finance.
