Abstract
Quantum management is the combination of quantum theory and management science, as well as the application of quantum thinking in management science. Some studies have emphasized the importance of quantum management to individuals, organizations, and society. Comparing with Newtonian management, quantum management has received academic attention in recent years. This paper reviews the theoretical system of quantum management research, discuss es its impact on the organization, pointing out the future research direction and practical role of quantum management.
