Applied Mathematics (AM) is an international journal dedicated to the latest advancements in applied mathematics. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of applied mathema…
Petro Savenko
A brief review of the works of the author and his co-authors on the application of nonlinear analysis, numerical and analytical methods for solving the nonlinear inverse problems (synthesis problems) for optimizing the different types of radiating systems, is…

In this paper, we will utilize the results already known in differential geometry and provide an intuitive understanding of the Gamma Distribution. This approach leads to the definition of new concepts to provide new results of statistical importance. These n…

A mathematical model based on influence function method was established to predict the surface movement and deformation due to underground mining, and the impact on the upper hydraulic facilities in one coal mine was analyzed used the model. The analysis indi…

The purpose of this paper is to give a combinatorial characterization and also construct representations of the fundamental group of the submanifolds of elastic Klein Bottle by using some geometrical transformations. The homotopy groups of the limit elastic K…

Our aim in the present article is to introduce and study new types of retractions of Lobachevsky space. Types of the deformation retracts of Lobachevsky space are presented. The relations between the folding and the deformation retract of Lobachevsky space ar…

The solution of Nekrasov’s integral equation is described. By means of this solution the wave kinetic, potential, and full mechanical energies are defined as functions of fluid depth and wavelength. The wave obeys the laws of mass and energy conservation. It…

In this present context, mathematical modeling of the propagation of surface waves in a fluid saturated poro-elastic medium under the influence of initial stress has been considered using time dependent higher order finite difference method (FDM). We have pro…

We demonstrate that, when computing the LDU decomposition (a typical example of a direct solution method), it is possible to obtain the derivative of a determinant with respect to an eigenvalue of a non-symmetric matrix. Our proposed method augments an LDU de…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
