Applied Mathematics (AM) is an international journal dedicated to the latest advancements in applied mathematics. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of applied mathema…
Abdolsaeed Alavi, Aghileh Heidari
This article presents the Parametric Iteration Method (PIM) for finding optimal control and its corresponding trajectory of linear systems. Without any discretization or transformation, PIM provides a sequence of functions which converges to the exact solutio…
Vembu Ananthaswamy, Lakshmanan Rajendran
Several problems arising in science and engineering are modeled by differential equations that involve conditions that are specified at more than one point. The non-linear two-point boundary value problem (TPBVP) (Bratu’s equation, Troesch’s problems) occurs…
Gangli Hao, Nan Jiang
Time sequence signals of instantaneous longitudinal and normal velocity components at different longitudinal and normal positions in a turbulent boundary layer have been finely measured simultaneously by IFA300 constant temperature anemometer and double-senso…

This paper is concerned with the numerical solution for singular perturbation system of two coupled second ordinary differential equations with initial and boundary conditions, respectively. Fitted finite difference scheme on a uniform mesh, whose solution co…
Iqbal Husain, Santosh K. Shrivastav
A dual for a nonlinear programming problem in the presence of equality and inequality constraints which represent many realistic situation, is formulated which uses Fritz John optimality conditions instead of the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker optimality conditions and d…
Samir Bouali, Samir Kabbaj
In this paper, we propose a new infeasible interior-point algorithm with full NesterovTodd (NT) steps for semidefinite programming (SDP). The main iteration consists of a feasibility step and several centrality steps. We used a specific kernel function to ind…

By using Leray-Schauder nonlinear alternative, Banach contraction theorem and Guo-Krasnosel’skii theorem, we discuss the existence, uniqueness and positivity of solution to the third-order multi-point nonhomogeneous boundary value problem (BVP1): where for Th…
Yousry S. Hanna
In this paper, a Chebyshev polynomial approximation for the solution of second-order partial differential equations with two variables and variable coefficients is given. Also, Chebyshev matrix is introduced. This method is based on taking the truncated Cheby…
Cemil Tunç
The nonlinear vector differential equation of the sixth order with constant delay is considered in this article. New criteria for instability of the zero solution are established using the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach and the differential inequalit…

This paper considers fuzzifying topologies, a special case of I-fuzzy topologies (bifuzzy topologies), introduced by Ying. It investigates topological notions defined by means of -open sets when these are planted into the frame-work of Ying’s fuzzifying topol…

The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of applied mathema… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
