In this work we consider the Von Kármán system with internal damping acting on the displacement of the plate and using the Theorem due to Nakao [1] we prove the exponential decay of the solution.

The boundary layer flow of viscous incompressible fluid over a stretching cylinder has been considered to study flow field and temperature field. Due to non-linearity, a numerical approach called Keller-box technique has been used to compute the values of vel…

The paper investigates the response of non-initially stressed Euler-Bernoulli beam to uniform partially distributed moving loads. The governing partial differential equations were analyzed for both moving force and moving mass problem in order to determine th…

Superposition of signals in DNA molecule is a sufficiently general principle of information coding. The necessary re-quirement for such superposition is the degeneracy of the code, which allows placing different messages on the same DNA fragment. Code words t…

In this paper, we investigate the global character of all positive solutions of a population model of systems. Some interesting convergence properties of the solution are given, and lastly, we obtain that the solution is permanent under some conditions.

A model of viral infection of monocytes population by dengue virus is formulated in a system of four ordinary differenttial equations. The model takes into account the immune response and the incidence rate of susceptible and free virus particle as Beddington…

A cross-diffusion system is set up modelling the distribution of capital and labour over the land of two identical patches (cites, markets or countries) in which the per capita migration rate of each species (investment capital or labour force) is influenced…

This paper presents a new nonstationary iterative method for solving non linear algebraic equations that does not require the use of any derivative. The study uses only the Newton’s divided differences of first and second orders instead of the derivatives of…

In this work, the ( G ' / G )-expansion method is proposed for constructing more general exact solutions of two general form of Burgers type equation arising in fluid mechanics namely, Burgers-Korteweg-de Vries (Burgers-KdV) and Burger-Fisher equations. Our w…

The generalized (n + 1)-dimensional KP equation with variable coefficients is investigated in this paper. The bilinear form of the equation has been obtained by the Hirota direct method. In addition, with the help of Wronskian technique and the Pfaffian prope…
