Applied Mathematics (AM) is an international journal dedicated to the latest advancements in applied mathematics. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of applied mathema…

We consider the problem of estimating a function g in nonparametric regression model when only some of covariates are measured with errors with the assistance of validation data. Without specifying any error model structure between the surrogate and true cova…

Chemical graph theory is an important branch of mathematical chemistry which has wide range applications. In chemical graph theory a molecular graph can be recognized by a numerical quantity which is called a Topological index. Topological indices have some m…

This paper is concerned with the dynamics of the steady state of a two-delayed nonlinear system of functional differential equations. The stability of the steady state together with its dependence on the magnitude of time delays has been examined by means of…

This note is mainly concerned with the creation of oppositely converging and alternatingly converging iterative methods that have the added advantage of providing ever tighter bounds on the targeted root. By a slight parametric perturbation of Newton’s method…

“Arithmetic Calculus” (AC), introduced recently by the author, is explored further in this paper by giving a new lease of life to the age-old differences table by transforming it into a new kind of network. Any sequence that can be laid out in this network ca…

Invariant measures of Markov chains in discrete or continuous time with a countable set of states are characterized by its steady state recurrence relations. Exemplarily, we consider transition matrices and Q-matrices with upper bandwidth n and lower bandwidt…

The interaction of transient fully developed natural convection flow with thermal radiation inside a vertical annulus is analyzed both analytically and numerically. The Rosseland approximation is used to describe the radiative heat flux in the energy equation…

We investigate the generalized partial difference operator and propose a model of it in discrete heat equation in this paper. The diffusion of heat is studied by the application of Newton’s law of cooling in dimensions up to three and several solutions are po…

In this paper, we apply two different algorithms to find the geodesic equation of the normal distribution. The first algorithm consists of solving a triply partial differential equation where these equations originated from the normal distribution. While the…

It is well known that the line of intersection of an ellipsoid and a plane is an ellipse (see for instance [1]). In this note the semi-axes of the ellipse of intersection will be projected from 3d space onto a 2d plane. It is shown that the projected semi-axe…

The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of applied mathema… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
