A framework for the optimal sparse-control of the probability density function of a jump-diffusion process is presented. This framework is based on the partial integro-differential Fokker-Planck (FP) equation that governs the time evolution of the probability…

This paper is concerned with the stability analysis of nonlinear third order ordinary differential equations of the form . We construct a suitable Lyapunov function for this purpose and show that it guarantees asymptotic stability. Our approach is to first co…

This paper discusses the mathematical modeling for the mechanics of solid using the distribution theory of Schwartz to the beam bending differential Equations. This problem is solved by the use of generalized functions, among which is the well known Dirac del…

The properties and characteristics of torque free gyros with rotational symmetry and changing moments of inertia are the subject of the subsequent discussion. It shall be understood that the symmetry can be expressed by the notation (A=B) which does not presu…

In this paper, we investigate the existence of local limit cycles obtained by perturbing degenerate and weak foci of two-dimensional cubic systems of differential equations. In particular, we consider a specific class of such systems where the origin is a deg…

Our aim in this paper is to study the existence and the uniqueness of the solutions for hyperbolic Cahn-Hilliard phase-field system, with initial conditions, Dirichlet boundary condition and regular potentials.

This paper investigates the equilibrium of fractional derivative and 2nd derivative, which occurs if the original function is damped (damping of a power-law viscoelastic solid with viscosities η of 0 ≤ η ≤ 1), where the fractional derivative corresponds to a…

This paper studied a structured model by age of tuberculosis. A population divided into two parts was considered for the study. Each subpopulation is submitted to a program of vaccination. It was allowed the migration of vaccinated people only between the two…

In [1], we construct singular varieties associated to a polynomial mapping where such that if G is a local submersion but is not a fibration, then the 2-dimensional homology and intersection homology (with total perversity) of the variety are not trivial. In…

Lake Michigan, the sixth largest freshwater lake in the world by surface area, was utilized as a water body for assessment. Field data collected at sampling sites throughout the lake in an intensive monitoring effort were utilized for evaluation of the distri…
