Advances in Pure Mathematics (APM) is an openly accessible journal published monthly. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of ordered algebraic structures. All the manus…

The main purpose of this paper is to investigate global asymptotic stability of the zero solution of the fifth-order nonlinear delay differential equation on the following form By constructing a Lyapunov functional, sufficient conditions for the stability of…

In this paper, we find particular use for a maximally entangled initial state that produces a quantized version of two player two strategy games. When applied to a variant of the well-known game of Chicken, our construction shows the existence of new Nash equ…

The formula subject to comment in Reference [1] is correct.
Hongbo Liu, Yi Li
We introduce a k -strictly pseudononspreading multivalued in Hilbert spaces more general than the class of nonspreading multivalued. We establish some weak convergence theorems of the sequences generated by our iterative process. Some new iterative sequences…

The norm of an elementary operator has been studied by many mathematicians. Varied results have been established especially on the lower bound of this norm. Here, we attempt the same problem for finite dimensional operators.

We demonstrate the functional inverse of a Winter map, which is an analog of the exponential map, for Lie algebras over fields of prime characteristic.

Digital roots of numbers have several interesting properties, most of which are well-known. In this paper, our goal is to prove some lesser known results concerning the digital roots of powers of numbers in an arithmetic progression. We will also state some t…

The aim of the present paper is to establish some new integral inequalities of Gronwall type involving functions of two independent variables which provide explicit bounds on unknown functions. The inequalities given here can be used as tools in the qualitati…
Tongchun Hu, Yongping Sun
This paper is devoted to the study of the existence and uniqueness of the positive solution for a type of the nonlinear third-order three-point boundary value problem. Our results are based on an iterative method and the Leray-Schauder fixed point theorem.

A new method for the solution of non-sinusoidal periodic states in linear fractionally damped oscillators is presented. The oscillator is forced by a periodic discontinuous waveform and a viscous element is taken into account. The presented method avoids comp…
