Global emergencies cause issues and can completely disrupt supply chains. Global disasters are full of uncertainties and it is unknown how an event on the scale of Covid-19 will influence employment decisions made by supply chain employers. Uncertainty can be worrisome and cause stress, so it is the goal of this project to remove some of those unknownand anxiety surrounding finding employment and to also figure out what employers are looking for in students during these critical times.
