The Problems in and Countermeasures for Cultivating High-Level Agricultural Personnel <br/>—With Reference to the Development of Agricultural Education of Japan

Abstract
The cultivation of high-level agricultural personnels is a key issue to solve the problems concerning “agriculture, rural regions and rural labors” and to guarantee the development of agricultural economy. The paper, with reference to the agricultural education of Japan, analysises the top six problems facing the cultivation of agricultural personnels at present stage in China, and puts forward nine countermeasures to deal with them.
