Investigation and Research on the Demand of Childcare Service of Parents of Children Aged 0 - 3 under the Background of the “Three-Child” Policy

Abstract
With the development of society, early education for infants and young children aged 0 - 3 has gradually become more important to infants and young children themselves, their families and society. To implement the three-child policy, the important thing is to strengthen the supporting measures. At present, the childcare service system for children aged 0 - 3 in my country has not yet been established, and the family’s demand for childcare services is increasing. Taking 1845 parents in a district of Wuhan as the research object, the purpose of the research is to understand the current situation of families’ demand for childcare services under 3 years old in local areas, and propose relevant path countermeasures for the main needs , p rovide a realistic basis for the scientific and effective construction of the childcare service system for 0 - 3 years old.
