Research on the Operation Mode and Benefits of Sports Public Welfare Innovation and Entrepreneurship Projects from the Perspective of Sports-Education Integration —A Case Study of College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Projects at Guangzhou Sport University

Abstract
Against the comprehensive advancement of the sports-education integration strategy, college sports public welfare-oriented innovation and entrepreneurship projects have embraced favorable development opportunities and practical conditions. Sports-major college students, relying on their professional strengths to conduct public welfare entrepreneurship practices, have become an important approach to promoting the implementation of sports-education integration. Taking three college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training programs of Guangzhou Sport University as research objects, namely the Patriotic Education Training Camp Public Welfare Group, Danyu Feiyang Training Center Public Welfare Group, and Innovative Research on Game-Based Design of Early Childhood Physical Education Based on Embodied Cognition Theory, this paper systematically sorts out the operational characteristics of sports public welfare entrepreneurship projects under the background of sports-education integration, summarizes their comprehensive benefits, analyzes existing problems and puts forward improvement paths by comprehensively using case analysis, literature research and logical induction. The study finds that all three projects have constructed an integrated operation mode of “professional teaching + public welfare services + market operation”, which has achieved remarkable results in implementing the concept of sports-education integration, improving the comprehensive literacy of teenagers, and cultivating college students’ entrepreneurial abilities. However, they also face practical problems such as insufficient capital supply, imperfect talent training systems, and difficulties in balancing public welfare attributes with market-oriented operation. Accordingly, this paper proposes optimization strategies from the aspects of funding channels, talent construction, resource integration and quality control, which can provide references for the long-term development of similar sports public welfare entrepreneurship projects.
