Abstract
Family is the first place where children receive education, so family education has a great influence on one’s life. This paper is about the family education in China and America. It compares the differences from the aspects of methods, contents, objectives and results of family education be-tween China and America. Then, it analyses the reasons for the differences in family education. Finally, some suggestions for family education in China are provided.
