Circuits and Systems (CS) is an international journal dedicated to the latest advancements in circuits and systems. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of circuits and…
Francesco Stilgenbauer, Stefano Perticaroli, Fabrizio Palma
An innovative solution to design phase and quadrature pulsed coupled oscillators systems through electromagnetic waveguides is described in this paper. Each oscillator is constituted by an LC differential resonator refilled through a couple of current pulse g…
Ukbagiorgis Iyasu Gebremeskel, José Manuel Martins Ferreira
This paper describes a microprogrammed architecture for an embedded coprocessor that is able to control IEEE 1149.1 to IEEE 1149.7 test infrastructures, and explains how to expand the supported test command set. The coprocessor uses a fast simplex link (FSL)…
Yanfeng Jiang, Dong Zhang, Ming Yu
A novel integrated circuit for driving LED lighting has been proposed, designed and fabricated. Besides the typical parts of LED driver, an integral part was added at the output terminal of error amplifier in the driver. In this way, a novel average current m…
Renbo Xu, Yongzhi Li, Lixin Zhong, Jiaming Liu
Boost-Buck converter is widely used in LED lighting drivers. In this paper, Boost-Buck main circuit related characteristics are firstly discussed, and then a new Boost-Buck high power efficient double loop control strategy is built by adopting error amplifier…
Firdous Ahmad, Ghulam Mohiuddin Bhat, Peer Zahoor Ahmad
Quantum-dot cellular automaton (QCA) is a novel nanotechnology that provides a very different computation platform than traditional CMOS, in which polarization of electrons indicates the digital information. This paper demonstrates designing combinational cir…

In this paper, integrability conditions and an integrating algorithm of fully rheonomous affine constraints (FRACs) for the partially integrable case are studied. First, some preliminaries on the FRACs are illustrated. Next, necessary and sufficient condition…
Harshvardhan Singh, Kunal Arora, Dinesh Prasad
In this paper we present a wave active filter based on Voltage Differencing Transconductance Amplifiers (VDTAs). The synthesis of active filters basically based on processing of wave quantities. The wave method is presented for basic building blocks of active…
Perambur S. Neelakanta, Aziz U. Noori
A major concern in modern smart-phones and hand-held devices is a way of mitigating the time interval error (TIE) perceived at high-speed digital transits along the traces of the circuit-board (rigid and or flexible) used in baseband infrastructures. Indicate…
Jian Lin, Albert M. K. Cheng
Harvesting energy for execution from the environment (e.g., solar, wind energy) has recently emerged as a feasible solution for low-cost and low-power distributed systems. When real-time responsiveness of a given application has to be guaranteed, the recharge…
Rabindranath Nandi, Palaniandavar Venkateswaran, Mousiki Kar
New circuit implementations of electronically tunable first and second order allpass filter (AP) structures using a Multiplication Mode Current Conveyor (MMCC) building block are presented. The control voltage (V) of the MMCC tunes the desired phase ( θ ) whi…

The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of circuits and… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
