Methods: The program was proposed to achieve value for patients and an improved healthcare system which is especially needed to provide treatment for patients in Serious or Life-threatening conditions or diseases. The program will accurately measure the outcomes of patients and provide a wider choice of treatments that matter to patients, also to measure the cost that successful alternative treatments provide which may lower the cost to Medicare and Insurance Companies.
