This paper surveys the field of adaptation in stochastic systems as it has developed over the last four decades. The author’s research in this field is summarized and a novel solution for fitting an adaptive model in state space (instead of response space) is…
Liang Yu, Gang Zhou
According to technical statistics, current TCP protocols with approximately 80% Internet applications run on perform very well on wired networks. However, due to the effects of long propagation delay, great bandwidth asymmetry, high sporadic Bit Error Rate (B…

Energy efficient communication is a plenary issue in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). Contemporary energy efficient optimization schemes are focused on reducing power consumption in various aspects of hardware design, data processing, network protocols and op…
Gurusamy Prema, Chandrabose Aravindan, Kirthivasan Kannan, Rathinam Maheswaran
Mobile Ad Hoc network (MANET) is a collection of wireless mobile nodes forming a temporary network without the aid of any established infrastructure. To conduct meaningful performance analysis of MANETs, it is essential that the simulation of mobility model s…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
Declare all funding sources, conflicts of interest, and ethical approvals (including informed consent and animal-care statements where applicable).
