International Journal of Modern Nonlinear Theory and Application (IJMNTA) is an openly accessible journal published quarterly. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of no…

This paper presents an information theoretic approach to the concept of intelligence in the computational sense. We introduce a probabilistic framework from which computation alintelligence is shown to be an entropy minimizing process at the local level. Usin…
Baishun Liu, Xiangqian Luo, Jianhui Li
This paper proposes a systematic method to design general integral control with the generic integrator and integral control action. No longer resorting to an ordinary control along with a known Lyapunov function, but synthesizing singular perturbation techniq…

In this paper, firstly, some priori estimates are obtained for the existence and uniqueness of solutions of a two dimensional generalized anisotropy Kuramoto-Sivashinsky Equation. Then we prove the existence of the global attractor. Finally, we get the upper…

This paper addresses the analysis, design, and application of observer-based nonlinear controls by combining feedback linearization (FBL) and backstepping (BS) techniques with Luenberger observers. Complete development of observer-based controls is presented…
Daniel Joseph Kovach
In this paper, we will expound upon the concepts proffered in [1], where we proposed an information theoretic approach to intelligence in the computational sense. We will examine data and meme aggregation, and study the effect of limited resources on the resu…

The modern nonlinear theory, bifurcation and chaos theory are used in this paper to analyze the dynamics of the Rikitake two-disk dynamo system. The mathematical model of the Rikitake system consists of three nonlinear differential equations, which found to b…
Samia Charfeddine, Lassaad Sbita
This paper is, in fact, a proposal of a polynomial approach to the nonlinear systems control by using the concept of linearization by state feedback. In this context, a discretization method is presented. We developed a discrete control scheme based on an app…
Salma Keskes, Wissem Bahloul, Mohamed Ben Ali Kammoun
The use of power systems as close to their operating limits can cause instability if a disturbance is occurred. The damping of the system’s oscillations can be obtained by conventional means such as voltage and speed regulation but also by Flexible AC Transmi…
Zakaria Kara, Kamel Barra
The present paper deals with the modeling and control of Wind Energy Conversion System WECS based Doubly Fed Induction Generator DFIG using the slip energy recovery principle. The proposed drive system uses a Matrix Converter (MC) to transfer the slip energy…
Omessaad Elbeji, Mouna Ben Hamed, Lassaad Sbita
In this paper, a model of a variable speed wind turbine using a permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) is presented and the control schemes are proposed. The model presents the aerodynamic part of the wind turbine, the mechanic and the electric parts.…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
