In further discussion on the Maxwell-Lorentz equations in Dirac’s symmetrisation, I introduce the concept of magnetic monopole as an “act of electric current” in the 2 nd equation ( i.e. the analog of the “act of movement” in Classical Mechanics), I postulate…

Curved coils constructed by flexible printed circuit board (PCB) or hand-wound Litz-wire have been steadily becoming popular due to its applicable potential on devices that have a curved body. Inductive Power Transfer (IPT) systems based on curved coils and f…
Xiufang Tian, Haiyan Meng, Cuihua Li, Hongyan Li
A composite accelerating cavity utilizing a resonant, periodic structure with a dielectric sphere located at a spherical conducting cavity center is presented. The resonator design is of the whispering gallery type to take advantage of the excellent electroma…

An upper atmospheric phenomenon i.e. , sprites can be thought to be mainly caused by the propagation of positive corona streamers. This research presents the formulation for the calculation of radiation power received from the propagating corona streamers res…

A widespread assertion has existed for a long time, believing the external field of an infinitely long solenoid should be zero, but it is proofed to be wrong in this work. The components of magnetic flux density of current-carrying, closely wound cylindrical…

The theoretical and numerical analysis is carried out on the effect of three types of configurations of Rayleigh-Bénard (RB) convection driven by the boundary combinations of Rigid-Rigid (R-R), Rigid-Free (R-F) and Free-Free (F-F). The RB convection models ar…

Today, the sun is a very useful source of energy because it continuously radiates energy. An electron is radiating energy continuously, too. A new electrostatic generating method using this electric field energy from electrons as a driving force of charge car…
Antônio Flavio Licarião Nogueira, Rodolfo Lauro Weinert, Leonardo José Amador Salas Maldonado
The paper addresses the first eddy current benchmark problem proposed by the World Federation of Nondestructive Evaluation Centers (WFNDEC). The problem simulates the eddy current response to the presence of an axisymmetric circumferential defect in an Incone…

This work deals with a second order linear general equation with partial derivatives for a two-variable function. It covers a wide range of applications. This equation is solved with a finite difference hybrid method: BTCS + CTCS. This scheme is simple, preci…

A qualitative analysis of the diameter of the spherical head of a long positive Jet streamer above thundercloud is presented in this paper under uniform atmospheric condition for streamers of less than 7 km length. In this study, an attempt is made to replica…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
