Navigating Real Estate Investments: A Comprehensive Risk Analysis Framework

Abstract
Amidst the economic chaos of rising interest rates, and inflation raising prices of everyday goods citizens buy for their livelihoods, Real Estate offers a way out of financial struggle and into a world of wealth and freedom. Making good deals and trades of properties requires a lot of insight and knowledge, including determining how much risk is involved in Real Estate Development projects such as: construction, site acquisition, and property management. This study is a thorough analysis of models and methodologies that can be utilized to analyze risk in Real Estate developmental projects in order to give workers and investors the best opportunities and uses for their money. The ability to calculate risk can eliminate many of the concerns when working with Real Estate projects, and lead investors to invest their money carefully without fear of a multitude of harmful factors that would be impossible to find without risk analysis.
