Abstract
T ORI refers to the Tools for Outstanding Research and Investigation; the site with this name ha s been available since March 2011 to February 2013 at http:// tori.ils.uec.ac.jp; the clone is available at http://mizugadro.mydns.jp/t. TORI is based on 6 axioms; any scientific concept is postulated to have the following properties: applicability, verifiability, refut ability, self - consistency, principle of correspondence and pluralism. The examples of application in physics are suggested .
