Effect of Reactor Neutrinos on Beta-Decay

Abstract
The pulsed nuclear reactor was used to measure the effect of neutrinos on the beta-decay of 90 Sr/ 90 Y nuclei. This measurement shows that some increase in the decay rate occurs in a few tens of milliseconds after reactor flashes.
