The superconductivity in (NbTa) 1-X (HfZrTi) X high-entropy alloy is analyzed using the theory of strong-coupled superconductor. It is concluded that (NbTa) 1-X (HfZrTi) X is a strong coupled superconductor. The variation in the superconducting transition tem…

In previous papers, we proposed an empirical equation for the fine-structure constant. Using this equation, we proposed a refined version of our own former empirical equations about the electromagnetic force and gravity in terms of the temperature of the cosm…

In view of the growing difficulties of ΛCDM-cosmologies to compete with recent highly accurate cosmological observations, I propose the alternative model: the Unicentric Model of the Observable UNiverse (UNIMOUN). The model relies on employing a new time-depe…

Some mathematical aspects of the Lie groups SU (2) and in realization by two pairs of boson annihilation and creation operators and in the parametrization by the vector parameter instead of the Euler angles and the vector parameter c of Fyodorov are developed…

The current definition of the meter as based on the time of light transmission and the postulated universal constant light speed is ill-defined and inadequate. The definition fails to identify which second is required, whether to use coordinate or proper time…

A photon structure is advanced based on the experimental evidence and the vector potential quantization at a single photon level. It is shown that the photon is neither a point particle nor an infinite wave but behaves rather like a local “wave-corpuscle” ext…

Starting from the basic assumptions and equations of Big Bang theory, we present a simple mathematical proof that this theory implies a varying (decreasing) speed of light, contrary to what is generally accepted. We consider General Relativity, the first Frie…

What mechanism causes the symmetrical distribution of two oval-ring auroras approximately around the geomagnetic poles but uneven brightness distribution of them? To answer this question, we firstly describe the charged particles like electrons or protons emi…

Problem —Contemporary physics offers no underlying reason for the equivalence of inertial and gravitational mass. Approach —The equivalence is examined from the new physics provided by the cordus theory, being a non-local hidden-variable (NLHV) theory. Mathem…

This paper attempts to propose a grand unified guiding principle of gauge fields from the mathematical and physical picture of fiber bundles: it is believed that our universe may have more fundamental interactions than the four fundamental interactions, and t…

Journal of Modern Physics is an international journal dedicated to the latest advancements in modern physics. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of modern physics. All… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
