The present work relates to a process for silicon surface texturing for preparing large-area, silicon nanotextures on silicon substrates at ambient temperature by assisted chemical etching. A novel strategy comprises of two fundamental steps (metal-assisted c…

We study coherent active-sterile neutrino oscillations as a possible source of leptogenesis. To this end, we add 3 gauge invariant Weyl_R neutrinos to the Standard Model with both Dirac and Majorana type mass terms. We find that the measured active neutrino m…

In the hydrogen molecular ion, the kinetic energy lowering of the electron is associated with its delocalization due to electron exchange between the two protons of the molecule. This decrease in the kinetic energy of the exchanged electron in the hydrogen mo…

Many future directions of scientific endeavors depend on quantum theory and the precise interpretation and significance of the entanglement of quantum-particles. This interpretation depends in turn on the physical meaning of so called Bell-tests that are most…

A cold Rydberg gas, with its atoms prepared initially all in the excited state | n 0 > , with n 0 » 1, contains an excessive amount of energy, and presumably is to relax by the Penning-type molecular auto-ionization ( MAI ), in which a portion of excess…

Physicists possess an intuitive awareness of Euclidian space and time and Galilean transformation, and are then challenged with Minkowski space-time and Einstein’s curved space-time. Relativistic experiments support the “time-dilation” interpretation and othe…

This paper discusses the well-known delayed choice Quantum Eraser experiment performed by Kim et al. in 2000 and analyzes it from a Classical Physics perspective. I have included a diagram of the setup used in the experiment. I show that the result of the exp…

This study proposes, from the theoretical point of view, the calculation of the gravitational constant G , made starting from the charge and the electron mass, taking the constant of the Fine Structure into examination. In the empty space, couples of virtual…

Oxygenations are highly exergonic, yet combustion of organic matter is not spontaneous in an atmosphere that is 21% O 2 . Electrons are fermions with a quantum spin number s of 1/2 ħ . An orbital containing a single electron with s = 1/2 is fermionic. Or…

Journal of Modern Physics is an international journal dedicated to the latest advancements in modern physics. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of modern physics. All… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
