The Standard Model of elementary particles, with its associated concept of a vacuum state of empty space, leads to strongly restricted results in subatomic physics. Examples are given by vanishing rest masses and an associated spinless state of the photon. In…

Dirac made the hypothesis that all large, dimensionless numbers that could be constructed from the important natural units of cosmology and atomic theory were connected [1] [2]. Although Dirac did not succeed in exactly matching all these numbers, he suspecte…

Dark energy and dark matter in the universe are assigned to the positive and negative, respectively, “hidden” relative energies between the diquark and quark in nucleon in the scalar strong interaction hadron theory, SSI. The origin of the “darkness” is that…

Initially, all that was known about diffraction in quasicrystals was its point group symmetry; nothing was known about the mechanism. The structure was more evident, and was called quasiperiodic. From mapping the Mn atoms by phase-contrast, optimum-defocus, e…

The integration of ferroelectric materials as thin films has attracted considerable attention these last years thanks to their outstanding performances that allow considering new features for the realization of photovoltaic devices. Our study focuses on inves…

The question here is whether the Debye model is suited to evaluate the specific heat of nanocrystals. For this, the simplest possible nanocrystal is considered: a basic cubic structure made of atoms that interact through a harmonic potential. This simple mode…

This paper introduces the concept and motivates the use of finite-interval based measures for physically realizable and measurable quantities, which we call D -measures. We demonstrate the utility and power of D -measures by illustrating their use in an inter…

The mechanical properties of the α-SiO 2 crystal are studied by molecular dynamics method with Tersoff potential function. The results show that the α-SiO 2 crystal goes through elastic deformation, plastic deformation and fracture deformation in the process…

The expression of the Maxwell magnetic monopole was employed to correlate the space to space projection that gives rise to the Gell-Mann standard model, and space to time projection which gives the leptons; and how does it correlate to the Perelman mappings f…

The studies of the glaciologists show that, since 30,000 years, the Earth receives every year approximately 40,000 tons of dust, dust with an average size about 200 microns. By determining of which volume these 40,000 T come and by showing that the density of…

Journal of Modern Physics is an international journal dedicated to the latest advancements in modern physics. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of modern physics. All… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
Declare all funding sources, conflicts of interest, and ethical approvals (including informed consent and animal-care statements where applicable).
