This work involves an investigation of nanostructures, microelectronic properties and domain engineering of nanoparticles thin layers of Pb(Zn1/ 3Nb 2/3 )O 3 -PbTiO 3 (PZN-PT) ferroelectric single crystals deposited on nanostructured silicon substrate. In thi…

The scientific community controls the possible errors by a rigorous process using referees. Consequently the only possible errors are very few, they come from what anyone considers obviously true. Three of these errors are pointed here: the main one is the be…

Three theorems on critical fluctuations and new concepts of isomorph spin, hyperspin, quablocks, and pioblocks are proposed, these new quantities correspond to the same symmetries although they have distinguishable values in different lattice systems. The sel…

It is well known that the mass of a particle has properties different from Newtonian mechanics. First, it is speed-dependent. Second, it is convertible to energy. These properties were generally thought to be derived from the principle of relativity (PR). We…

We start with a recently introduced spherically symmetric geodesic fluid model (arXiv: 1601.07030) whose energy-momentum tensor (EMT) in the comoving frame is dust-like with nontrivial energy flux. In the non-comoving energy frame (vanishing energy flux), the…

This article proves that the number of gluons is conserved in strong interaction and non-conserved in weak interaction by extending the idea that the quark is composed of gluons to other particles. It explains why the parity is non-conserved in weak interacti…

In this paper, we extend the concept of back surface recombination through a study of a silicon mono facial solar cell in static regime and under polychromatic illumination. Back surface recombination velocities noted Sbe , Sbj and Sbr are determined for whic…

In this work, we study the method for determining the maximum of the minority carrier recombination velocity at the junction Sf max , corresponding to the maximum power delivered by the photovoltaic generator. For this, we study the temperature influence on t…

The magnetic spinor particles (magnetic charges) are the real structural components all varieties of the Mass, for example, atoms, nucleons, positrons and neutrinos. Atomic-shaped device of Mass is the natural and the only possible organization of electric an…

The nonlinear diffusion equation for a binary system interdiffusion was analytically solved in the previous work. The theoretical relation of Kirkendall effect was also derived in the previous work. These new results have not yet been concretely applied to ac…

Journal of Modern Physics is an international journal dedicated to the latest advancements in modern physics. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of modern physics. All… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
