The goal of this journal is to keep a record of the state-of-the-art research and promote the research work in the areas. This journal invites original research and review papers that address the follow…
Chin-Sheng Chen, Jian-Jhe Huang, Chien-Liang Huang
This paper represents a template matching using statistical model and parametric template for multi-template. This algorithm consists of two phases: training and matching phases. In the training phase, the statistical model created by principal component anal…
Jinming Duan, Zhenkuan Pan, Wangquan Liu, Xue-Cheng Tai
The classical TV (Total Variation) model has been applied to gray texture image denoising and inpainting previously based on the non local operators, but such model can not be directly used to color texture image inpainting due to coupling of different image…
Xuechen Li, Suhuai Luo, Jiaming Li
This paper presents a fully automatic segmentation method of liver CT scans using fuzzy c-mean clustering and level set. First, the contrast of original image is enhanced to make boundaries clearer; second, a spatial fuzzy c-mean clustering combining with ana…
Long Liu, Boyang Fan, Jing Zhao
For target detection algorithm under global motion scene, this paper suggests a target detection algorithm based on motion attention fusion model. Firstly, the motion vector field is pre-processed by accumulation and median filter; Then, according to the temp…

In this paper, we proposed a method for semi-rigid changed 3D point clouds registration. We first segment the point clouds into individual segments and then the alignment energy costs of each segment are calculated. The rough initial transformation is estimat…
Chao Wang, Shaobin Li
In this paper, a novel signal processing technique hasbeen developed to refocus moving targets image from their smeared responses in the Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) image according to the characteristics of the received signals for moving targets. Quadrati…
Muhammad Abubakar, Arshad Aziz, Pervez Akhtar
Model based implementation of a novel nonlinear adaptive filter for extraction of time varying sinusoids using Xilinx system generator has been presented in this work. The practicality of this filter model along with its performance makes it one of the foremo…

Emotion mismatch between training and testing is one of the important factors causing the performance degradation of speaker recognition system. In our previous work, a bi-model emotion speaker recognition (BESR) method based on virtual HD (High Different fro…
Agrawal Jayprkash, Ritu Vijay
This paper consists of a lossy image compression algorithm dedicated to the medical images doing comparison of RGB and YCbCr color space. Several lossy/lossless transform coding techniques are used for medical image compression. Discrete Wavelet Transform (DW…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
Declare all funding sources, conflicts of interest, and ethical approvals (including informed consent and animal-care statements where applicable).
