Abstract
As one of the core contents of the “Two Districts Construction” in Beijing, the Daxing International Airport Economic Zone is a high-end service industry element gathering area that integrates free trade zone, comprehens ive demonstration zone for expanding and opening of the service industry, and digital demonstration zone. This article takes the Daxing International Airport Economic Zone as an example to explore the high-quality development evaluation model system for the construction of the two districts in Beijing, whi ch has significant practical significance. Starting from theor eti cal, academic, and practical foundations, this article constructs a high-quality development evaluation model for the airport economic zone of Daxing International Airport, and selects the model based on expert argumentation results to determine the final evaluation model system, ensuring the theoretical, academic, practical, and scientific nature of the evaluation mode l construction.
