Innovative Strategies for Enhancing Business Management and Social Innovation in Post-Pandemic Economies

Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly disrupted global business environments, pushing organizations to seek innovative approaches for sustainable management and social innovation. This paper explores strategies aimed at enhancing business management efficiency and fostering social innovation in post-pandemic economies. Through a comprehensive review of recent literature and a mixed-method research approach, this study identifies key enablers, including digital transformation, agile leadership, collaborative ecosystems, and stakeholder-oriented innovation. Findings indicate that organizations adopting hybrid models, leveraging technology-driven solutions, and prioritizing social value creation can achieve long-term resilience and competitiveness. This paper contributes to the growing body of knowledge on post-pandemic strategic innovation and provides actionable recommendations for policymakers and business leaders seeking to navigate evolving economic landscapes.
