Abstract
High-quality development is a new statement first proposed by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, indicating that the Chinese economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality devel opment stage. This article takes Shanxi Province as the research object, compares it with the country and the Yangtze River Delta provinces, studies its level of high-quality development pattern in the country, and provides policy recommendations for the next economic and social development of Shanxi Province.
