When a solid cone with smooth surfaces rotates at a constant rate about its long axis in still water, it will experience no friction, as announced earlier [ 1 ] and documented further here. However, if not restrained, it will translate along the axis base fir…

A pressure dependent Schrodinger equation is used to find the conditions that lead to su perconductivity. When no pressure is exerted, the superconductor resistance vanishes beyond a critical temperature related to the repulsive force potential of the electro…

The earthquake number was correlated (R 2 = 0.8781) with the volcano number in the East Pacific and Central American countries. The year of volcanic eruptions in the Galapagos Hot Spot (GHS) was proportional to the year of El Ni ñ o events (R 2 = 0.9939)…

The loss of electrolyte balance in diets of broiler chickens has resulted in a serious distur-bance of blood acid-base balance, coupled with elevated body temperature. The body losses carbon dioxide (CO2) and bicarbonate (HCO3), resulting in respiratory alkal…

When a solid cone with smooth side and base rotates about its long axis in a still fluid, theory says that the cone will advance along the direction of the axis, base first and apex last. Bernoulli’s law for closed streamline loops is combined with the cross-…

The proof of the Jordan Curve Theorem (JCT) in this paper is focused on a graphic illustration and analysis ways so as to make the topological proof more understandable, and is based on the Tverberg’s method, which is acknowledged as being quite esoteric with…

The oldest Goldbach’s Conjecture (“Every even positive integer strictly larger than 4 is the sum of two primes”) has remained unproven since 1742. The recent proof [1] connected Goldbach’s Conjecture with the fact that every positive composite integer n stric…

Electromagnetic (EM) radiation is both wave and heat. Waves are characterized by spectral distribution, spatial distribution, time coherence, spatial coherence, energy flux, and polarization. Heat, namely energy transferred from a hot body to a cold one, is c…
