Open Journal of Discrete Mathematics (OJDM) is an openly accessible journal published quarterly. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of discrete mathematics. All manuscri…

This in virtue of the notion of likelihood ratio and the tool of moment generating function, the limit properties of the sequences of random discrete random variables are studied, and a class of strong deviation theorems which represented by inequalities betw…

Clarity and preciseness in the use of language is crucial when communicating mathematical and probabilistic ideas. Lack of these can make even the simplest problem difficult to understand and solve. One such problem is the Monty Hall problem. In the past, a c…

We construct Hamilton cycles in connected loopless circulant digraphs of outdegree three with connection set of the form for an integer satisfying the condition for some integer such that , where . This extends work of Miklavi and ?parl, who previously deter-…

The degree distance of a graph G is , where and are the degrees of vertices , and is the distance between them. The Wiener index is defined as . An elegant result (Gutman; Klein, Mihali?,, Plav?i? and Trinajsti?) is known regarding their correlation, that for…

In this paper we prove that the join of two path graphs, two cycle graphs, Ladder graph and the tensor product are H 2 -cordial labeling. Further we prove that the join of two wheel graphs Wn and Wm, (mod 4) admits a H-cordial labeling.

Let f be a map from V(G) to . For each edge uv assign the label . f is called a mean cordial la- beling if and , , where and denote the number of vertices and edges respectively labelled with x ( ). A graph with a mean cordial labeling is called a mean cor- d…

This paper introduces the new notion of weakly-α- I -functions and weakly-α- I -paracompact spaces in the ideal topo-logical space. And it obtains that some properties of them.

The Australian Shuffle consists of placing a deck of cards onto a table according to this rule: put the top card on the table, the next card on the bottom of the deck, and repeat until all the cards have been placed on the table. A natural question is “Where…
Lauren Cassell, William Roger Fuller
This article presents a generalization of the standard art gallery problem to the case where the sides of the gallery are continuous curves which are limits of polygonal arcs. The allowable limiting processes for such generalized art galleries are defined. We…

Riemann zeta function has a key role in number theory and in its applications. In this paper we present a new fast converging series for . Applications of the series include the computation of the and recursive computation of , and generally . We discuss on t…
