Soft Nanoscience Letters (SNL) is a newly launched multidisciplinary peer-reviewed journal covering fundamental and applied research in the field of soft nanoscience, which includes polymers and colloids. This will necessarily address nanostructured polymers (e.g. block copolymers), nanocomposites, physical gels, micr…

The ionic conductivity of 8, 9 and 10 mol% K + doped Ag 2 CdI 4 showed slight decrease whereas the phase transition was observed almost at the same temperature as it reported for pure Ag 2 CdI 4 . This decrease in conductivity likely results from decrease in…

Nanosized Co 3 O 4 thin films were prepared on glass substrates by using sol-gel spin coating technique. The effect of annealing temperature (400°C - 700°C) on structural, morphological, electrical and optical properties of Co 3 O 4 thin films were studied by…

We study collective diffusion coefficient (D c ) of Water-in-oil nanoemulsions (L 2 phase) stabilized by AOT and dispersed in n-Decane oils by dynamic light scattering (DLS). At constant water concentration we vary the oil concentration and there is clear evi…

In this present work, a study regarding the change in the mechanical properties and in the microstructure of the aluminium alloy AA1050 is made after being processed by severe plastic deformation (SPD) with Equal Channel Angular Extrusion (ECAE). Optical and…

A series of nanocomposites based on an ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer with two types of inorganic clays was prepared by melt blending and film blowing. The tested clays were Hydrotalcite (a layered double hydroxide) and Dellite 72T (an organo-modified…

A porous anodic alumina (PAA) film has been investigated to realise highly-ordered nano-porous structures. A two-step anodization process is used to anodize aluminium into size-controllable aluminium oxide. In this paper, we investigate how anodization parame…

Oxidative polymerization of aniline in aqueous solution in the presence of trehalose was conducted. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy confirmed successful preparation of polyaniline containing a trace amount of trehalose. Electron spin resonance spectro…

In this communication, we report a simplistic non-aqueous fabrication route for oleic-acid capped luminescent cadmium sulphide quantum dots at low temperature. The resulting quantum dots, obtained without using any complicated reagents, are cubic in phase, mo…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
