World Journal of Condensed Matter Physics (WJCMP) covers the whole of condensed matter physics including soft condensed matter and nanostructures. Papers may report experimental, theoretical and simulation studies. Note that papers must contain fundamental condensed matter science: papers reporting methods of material…

This work was aimed to investigate the changes brought about in the polymer polycarbonate irradiated to different doses of γ -radiation. Yellowing of the samples with the increase of γ -absorbed dose was observed. The changes in the optical properties were st…

The general expressions based on the Fermi distribution of the free charge carriers are applied for estimation of the transport characteristics in superconductors at the temperature well above the superconducting phase transition temperature T C . The Hall-ef…

This work focuses on the study of mathematical aspects of upper critical magnetic field of superconducting HoMo 6 Se 8 . At zero external magnetic field, HoMo 6 Se 8 was found to undergo a transition from the normal state to the superconducting state at 5.6 K…

We study the correlation functions of one-dimensional Hubbard model in the presence of external magnetic field through the conformal field method. The long distance behaviour of the correlation functions and their unusual exponents for the model in the presen…

In this work, we have investigated the electronic and optical properties of the technologically important rare earth oxide compounds—X 2 O 3 (X: Gd, Tb) using the density functional theory within the GGA. The band structure of X 2 O 3 have been calculated alo…

Previously, synthetic hexagonal bismuth sulfide iodide (polar space group P6 3 , a = 15.629(3) ? , c = 4.018(1) ? , Z = 2) has been described by the rather unsatisfactory fractional formula Bi 19/3 IS 9 [1] 08D0C9EA79F9BACE118C8200AA004BA90B02000000080000000E…

Nanoscale superlattice has been investigated theoretically. It has been shown that the deformation effects on the energy spectrum of nanoscale superlattice by changing the interatomic distances as well as varying the width and height of the potential barrier.…

The Essam-Fisher and Rushbrooke relationships (1963) that connect the equilibrium critical exponents of susceptibility, specific heat and order parameter (and some other relations that follow from the scaling hypothesis) are shown to be valid only if the crit…

The paper deals with the heating of electrons and current rectification in contact, which is located in an alternating electromagnetic field. It was found that the electrical component of the microwave (UHF) waves inside the p-n-junction was curved. This lead…

It is invited statistical explanation of the frequency and temperature dependence of the absorption coefficients of semiconductors on the long-wave edge of the fundamental absorption. With the help of mathematical modeling, it shows that the thermal broadenin…

World Journal of Condensed Matter Physics (WJCMP) covers the whole of condensed matter physics including soft condensed matter and nanostructures. Papers may report experimental, theoretical and simulation studies. Note that papers must contain fundamental condensed matter science: papers reporting methods of material… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
