World Journal of Condensed Matter Physics (WJCMP) covers the whole of condensed matter physics including soft condensed matter and nanostructures. Papers may report experimental, theoretical and simulation studies. Note that papers must contain fundamental condensed matter science: papers reporting methods of material…

We report on molecular dynamics simulations performed using microcanonical ensemble to predict the melting of argon particles in nanometer size range 10 nm and to investigate the effect of the time step integration. We use the Lennard- Jones potential functio…

Lattice constant, bulk modulus, Young modulus, valence band width, conduction band width, energy gap, vibrational energy, and plasmon energy have been calculated under compression and tensile stresses in the range (0 ± 10 GPa) for 8, 54, 128 atom clusters of…

Ab initio restricted Hartree-Fock method within the framework of large unit cell formalism is used to investigate the band structure of AlSb nanoclusters. Large unit cells of 8, 16, 54, 64 and 128 atoms are used to analyze the cohesive energy, energy gap, val…

The dissipative part of the linear magnetic dynamic susceptibility of dipolar spin glasses is considered. Due to the transition of the system (at enough high concentration of the magnetic dipoles) from a paramagnetic phase to magnetic dipolar one, an anomalou…

In this work we present a model for the determination of the interaction energy for triplet and singlet states in atoms with incomplete filled shells. Our model includes the modification of the Coulomb’s law by the interaction between the magnetic moments of…

The name of George Augustus Linhart is in fact “widely unknown”. In effect, he was a Viennese-born USA-American physicist-chemist, partially associated with the Gilbert Newton Lewis’ school of thermodynamics at the University of California in Berkeley. As a l…

Quantum confinement effect in semiconductor quantum dots (QD's) of CdSe, ZnS and GaAs has been studied using the Brus Equation. It is found that the simple models obtained for the three different semiconductor nanocrystals exhibit the size dependence predicte…

The domains are of fundamental interest for engineering a ferroelectric material. The domain wall and its width control the ferroelectric behavior to a great extent. The stability of polarization in the context of Landau-Ginzburg free energy functional has be…
Gennady A. Markov, Vladimir N. Malyshev
The description of experimentally observed phenomenon of abnormally high electrical conductivity—"superconductivity" (SC) at the room and higher temperatures is represented. The effect was observed in metallic monospirals of small radius curvature with high d…

The complex dielectric constant of pure and cerium doped calcium-barium-niobate (CBN) was studied at frequencies 20 Hz ≤ f ≤ 1 MHz in the temperature range 300 K ≤ T ≤ 650 K and compared with the results for the well known ferroelectric relaxor strontium-bari…

World Journal of Condensed Matter Physics (WJCMP) covers the whole of condensed matter physics including soft condensed matter and nanostructures. Papers may report experimental, theoretical and simulation studies. Note that papers must contain fundamental condensed matter science: papers reporting methods of material… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
