WSN is an international refereed journal dedicated to the advancement of the study of wireless sensor network and applications. The goal of this journal is to keep a record of the state-of-the-art research and promote the research work in the areas. This journal invites original research and review papers that address…
Siavash GHAVAMI, Bahman ABOLHASSANI
This paper considers blind chip rate estimation of DS-SS signals in multi-rate and multi-user DS-CDMA systems over channels having slow flat Rayleigh fading plus additive white Gaussian noise. Channel impulse response is estimated by a subspace method, and th…
Chao-Chin YANG
One fiber radio scheme using shifted prime codes for interference elimination is proposed for optical code-division multiple-access (OCDMA) network. By taking advantage of the cyclic property of the shifted prime codes in the same code groups, the proposed co…
Chengyi WANG, Yun ZHANG
A lot of technologies can be used in home control subnet, but the hardware and software resources available for the home control subnet are limited. There are security problems easily seen. The paper gives the system-atic analysis of the structure and functio…
Jian Quan OUYANG, Dian Xi SHI, Bo DING, Jin FENG, Huai Min WANG
Nowadays, application systems in pervasive computing have to be self-adaptive, which means adapting themselves to dynamic environments. Our aim is to enable systematic development of self-adaptive compo-nent-based applications. The paper first introduces a no…
Chengbo YU, Yanfei LIU, Cheng WANG
The information transmission is transparent for the user in the ZigBee wireless sensors network, which are lack of interactivity and self-constrain. The information in the ZigBee wireless sensors network can not be viewed in a real time by a friendly interfac…
T. V. PADMAVATHY
In wireless sensor network, the primary design is to save the energy consumption as much as possible while achieving the given task. Most of recent researches works have only focused on the individual layer issues and ignore the importance of inter working be…
Jian ZHU, Hai ZHAO, Jiuqiang XU
In WSNs’ applications, not only the reliable end-to-end communications are must be ensured, but also the reduction of energy consumption and the entire network’s lifetim e should be optimized. All of the above have become to be an important way to evaluate th…
Yi WU, Matthias PATZOLD
Cooperative diversity is a promising technology for future wireless networks. In this paper, we consider a cooperative communication system operating in an amplify-and-forward (AF) mode with a pilot symbol as-sisted modulation (PSAM) scheme. It is assumed tha…
Gulzaib RAFIQ, Matthias PATZOLD
Amplify-and-forward channels in cooperative networks provide a promising improvement in the network coverage and system throughput. Under line-of-sight (LOS) propagation conditions in such cooperative networks, the overall fading channel can be modeled by a d…
Mingwei CAO, Guangguo BI, Xiufeng JIN
Recently, Cooperative diversity in wireless communication systems has gained much attention. A simple two-user cooperative diversity scheme called decode-and-forward cooperation scheme has been presented by Laneman (2004). Each user has one partner to decode…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
