American Journal of Computational Mathematics (AJCM) is a journal dedicated to providing a platform for publication of articles about mathematical research in areas of science where computing plays a central and essential role emphasizing algorithms, numerical methods, and symbolic methods. All manuscripts must be pre…

This paper deals with the construction of Heun’s method of random initial value problems. Sufficient conditions for their mean square convergence are established. Main statistical properties of the approximations processes are computed in several illustrative…

Computing the sign of the determinant or the value of the determinant of an n × n matrix A is a classical well-know problem and it is a challenge for both numerical and algebraic methods. In this paper, we review, modify and combine various techniques of nume…

In this work, an extended Jacobian elliptic function expansion method is proposed for constructing the exact solutions of nonlinear evolution equations. The validity and reliability of the method are tested by its applications to the system of shallow water w…

The continuous approximations play a vital role in N -body simulations. We constructed three different types, namely, one-step (cubic and quintic Hermite), two-step, and three-step Hermite interpolation schemes. The continuous approximations obtained by Hermi…

SPH has a reasonable mathematical background. Although VBM and MPS are similar to SPH, their ma-thematical backgrounds seem fragile. VBM has some problems in treating the viscous diffusion of vortices but is known as a practical method for calculating viscous…

In this paper, we have discussed a number of fitting methods to predict crop yield of soybean depending on the nature of environment and a comparison is done between them on the basis of available data set. Later we have suggested a suitable method for the pr…

In this paper, we make an initial value investigation of the unsteady flow of incompressible viscous fluid between two rigid non-conducting rotating parallel plates bounded by a porous medium under the influence of a uniform magnetic field of strength H0 incl…

Trummer’s problem is the problem of multiplication of an n × n Cauchy matrix C by a vector. It serves as the basis for the solution of several problems in scientific computing and engineering [1] . The straightforward algorithm solves Trummer’s problem in O (…

This paper focuses on derivation of a uniform order 8 implicit block method for the direct solution of general second order differential equations through continuous coefficients of Linear Multi-step Method (LMM). The continuous formulation and its first deri…

Agricultural products supply-chain finance, as one of the solutions to the issue of “capital problems” of agriculture, countryside and farmers, has proposed a kind of characteristics model to assess the risk of agricultural production, processing and marketin…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
