In this paper, the dynamics of rule 106, a Chua’s hyper Bernoulli cellular automata rule, is studied and discussed from the viewpoint of symbolic dynamics. It is presented that rule 106 defines a chaotic subsystem which is topologically mixing and possesses t…

In this paper, a novel technique for power amplifier (PA) linearization is presented. The Legendre wavelet neural networks (LWNN) is first utilized to model PA and inverse structure of the PA by applying practical transmission signals and the gradient descent…

Motivated by the lack of a suitable constructive framework for analyzing popular stochastic models of Systems Biology, we devise conditions for existence and uniqueness of solutions to certain jump stochastic differential equations (SDEs). Working from simple…

We propose and analyze an epidemiological model to evaluate the effectiveness of bed nets as a prophylactic measure in malaria-endemic areas. The main purpose in this work is the modeling of the aggressiveness of anopheles mosquitoes relative to the way human…

In the field of bioinformatics, the size of a biological network is usually very big. Without any help, it’s extremely hard to analyze the network. If it is shown as a visualized picture, things will be easier. So it’s very important to convert the biological…

A marine outfall is a long pipeline that continuously discharges large amounts of effluent streams into the sea. As the number of marine outfalls along the coastal areas is growing, a far field mathematical model with two point sources on a sloping beach is u…

We present a trading execution model that describes the behaviour of a big trader and of a multitude of retail traders operating on the shares of a risky asset. The retail traders are modeled as a population of “conservative” investors that: 1) behave in a si…

The conventional optimization methods were generally based on a deterministic approach, since their purpose is to find out an accurate solution. However, when the solution space is extremely narrowed as a result of setting many inequality constraints, an inge…
