A new method is developed to simulate the skew normal distribution. The result is interesting from a practical as well as a theoretical viewpoint. The new method is simple to program and is more efficient than the standard method of simulation by acceptance-r…

Wavelet has rapid development in the current mathematics new areas. It also has a double meaning of theory and application. In signal and image compression, signal analysis, engineering technology has a wide range of applications. In this paper, we use wavele…

This paper introduced a bootstrap method called truncated geometric bootstrap method for time series stationary process. We estimate the parameters of a geometric distribution which has been truncated as a probability model for the bootstrap algorithm. This p…

A simple stochastic mechanism that produces exact and approximate power-law distributions is presented. The model considers radially symmetric Gaussian, exponential and power-law functions inn= 1, 2, 3 dimensions. Randomly sampling these functions with a radi…

The proper phase difference of traffic signals for adjacent intersections could decrease the time of operational delay. Some theorems show how to minimize the total average delay time for vehicle operating at adjacent intersections under given conditions. If…

This paper presents the theory and applications of a new computational technique referred to as Differential Transform Method (DTM) for solving second order linear ordinary differential equations, for both homogeneous and nonhomogeneous cases. For the robustn…

In this paper, we examine the causal relationship between diesel consumption, CO 2 emissions and GDP in Cameroon during the period 1975-2008. Cointegration and vector error-correction modelling techniques are used in this study. ADF tests show that the series…

In this paper, we present a method for finding the solution of the linear multi-delay systems (MDS) by using the hybrid of the Block-Pulse functions and the Bernoulli polynomials. In this approach, the MDS is reduced to a system of linear algebraic equations…

In this paper we present a new optimization algorithm, and the proposed algorithm operates in two phases. In the first one, multiobjective version of genetic algorithm is used as search engine in order to generate approximate true Pareto front. This algorithm…

The boundary value problem (BVP) for parameterized singularly perturbed second order nonlinear ordinary differential equation is considered. The boundary layer behavior of the solution and its first and second derivatives have been established. An example sup…

The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of applied mathema… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
