In this paper, we study the concept of soft sets which is introduced by Molodtsov [5] . We give the definition of (τ 1 ,τ 2 ) - semi open soft (resp. (τ 1 ,τ 2 ) - pre open soft, (τ 1 ,τ 2 ) - α - open soft, (τ 1 ,τ 2 )- β - open soft, (τ 1 ,τ 2 )' - semi ope…

In this paper, we study multiple shot noise process and its integral. We analyse these two processes systematically for their theoretical distributions, based on the piecewise deterministic Markov process theory developed by Davis [1] and the martingale metho…

In real life, there are situations in which the lifetime of the components of a technical system (and hence the lifetime of the system) is discrete. In this paper , we study the residual life , a ( n - k + 1)-out-of- n system under the assumptions that the co…

A kinetic flux-vector splitting (KFVS) scheme is applied for solving a reduced six-equation two-phase flow model of Saurel et al . [1]. The model incorporates single velocity, two pressures and relaxation terms. An additional seventh equation, describing the…

A demand for renewable alternatives that would be able to deal with the problems related to well-being is di rectly linked to the world’s growing needs to save energy and reduce environmental costs. For a project imple mentation addressing these issues, it is…
Martti Kalke, Samuli Siltanen
In sparse-angle X-ray tomography reconstruction, where only a small number of projection images are taken around the object, appropriate sinogram interpolation has a significant impact on image quality. A novel sinogram interpolation method is introduced for…

Numeric algorithms for solving the linear systems of tridiagonal type have already exist ed . The well - known Thomas algorithm is an example of such algorithms. The current paper is mainly devoted to construct ing symbolic algorithms for solving tridiagonal…

This paper introduces analytical and numerical solutions of the nonlinear Langevin’s equation under square nonlinearity wit h stochastic non - homogeneity. The solution is obtained by using the Wiener-Hermite expansion with perturbation (WHEP) technique , and…

This paper offers a general formula for surface subdivision rules for quad meshes by using 2-D Lagrange interpolating polynomial [1]. We also see that the result obtained is equivalent to the tensor product of (2 N + 4)-point n-ary interpolating curve scheme…

We give a survey on the history, the main mathematical results and applications of the Mathematics of Harmony as a new interdisciplinary direction of modern science. In its origins, this direction goes back to Euclid’s “ Ele ments ” . According to “Proclus hy…

The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of applied mathema… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
