In this paper, the existence and uniqueness of solution systems for some binary nonlinear operator equations are discussed by using cone and partially order theory and monotone iteration theory, and the iterative sequences which converge to solution of operat…

The purpose of this article is to discuss a modified Halpern-type iteration algorithm for a countable family of uniformly totally quasi- ? -asymptotically nonexpansive multi-valued mappings and establish some strong convergence theorems under certain conditio…

The effect of radiation on the flow over a stretching plate of an optically thin gray, viscous and incompressible fluid is studied. The fluid viscosity is assumed to vary as an inverse linear function of the temperature. The partial differential equations (PD…

We considered a kind of singular integral operator with Weierstrass function kernel on a simple closed smooth curve in a fundamental period parallelogram. Using the method of complex functions, we established the Bertrand Poincaré formula for changing order o…

Various kinds of Riemann boundary value problems (BVPs) for analytic functions on closed curves or on open arc, doubly periodic Riemann BVPs, doubly quasi-periodic Riemann BVPs, and BVPs for polyanalytic functions have been widely investigated in [1-8]. The m…

We study the convergence of the positive solutions of the system of the following two difference equations: where K is a positive integer, the parameters A,B, α, β and the initial conditions are positive real numbers. Our results generalize well known results…

The application of Sobolev gradient methods for finding critical points of the Huxley and Fisher models is demonstrated. A comparison is given between the Euclidean, weighted and unweighted Sobolev gradients. Results are given for the one dimensional Huxley a…

The harmonic index of a graph G is defined as where d ( u) denotes the degree of a vertex u in G . In this work, we give another expression for the Harmonic index. Using this expression, we give the minimum value of the harmonic index for any triangle-free gr…
