The two-dimensional nonlinear shallow water equations in the presence of Coriolis force and bottom topography are solved numerically using the fractional steps method. The fractional steps method consists of splitting the multi-dimensional matrix inversion pr…

The bondage number of a nonempty graph G is the cardinality of a smallest set of edges whose removal from G results in a graph a domination number greater than the domination number of G. In this paper, we prove that for a 1-planar graph G.

In this paper, Liouville-type theorems of nonnegative solutions for some elliptic integral systems are considered. We use a new type of moving plane method introduced by Chen-Li-Ou. Our new ingredient is the use of Stein-Weiss inequality instead of Maximum Pr…

We introduce a new class of complex valued harmonic functions associated with Wright hypergeometric functions which are orientation preserving and univalent in the open unit disc. Further we define, Wright generalized operator on harmonic function and investi…
Jue Li, Yisheng Lai
The existence of nonzero solutions for a class of generalized variational inequalities is studied by ?xed point index approach for multivalued mappings in ?nite dimensional spaces and re?exive Banach spaces. Some new existence theorems of nonzero solutions fo…

In this article, we discuss the structure of reflective function of the higher dimensional differential systems and apply the results to study the existence of periodic solutions of these systems.

The numerical algorithms for finding the lines of branching and branching-off solutions of nonlinear problem on mean-square approximation of a real finite nonnegative function with respect to two variables by the modulus of double discrete Fourier transform d…

The processes of tsunami evolution during its generation in search for possible amplification mechanisms resulting from unilateral spreading of the sea floor uplift is investigated. We study the nature of the tsunami build up and propagation during and after…
Ghulam Sorwar, Sharif Mozumder
In this paper we expand the Box Method of Sorwar et al. (2007) to value both default free bonds and interest rate contingent claims based on one factor non-linear interest rate models. Further we propose a one-factor non-linear interest rate model that incorp…
