In this paper, collocation method based on Bernoulli and Galerkin method based on wavelet are proposed for solving nonhomogeneous heat and wave equations. The two methods have the linear systems solved by suitable solvers. Several examples are given to examin…

In this paper, a methodology for the numerical location of a global point-to-point (P2P for short) homoclinic asymptotically connecting orbit is applied to a modified version of Shimizu-Morioka system, which models a semiconductor laser. This type of global b…

In this work, we developed a compartmental bio-mathematical model to study the effect of treatment in the control of malaria in a population with infected immigrants. In particular, the vector-host population model consists of eleven variables, for which grap…

The global phase portrait describes the qualitative behaviour of the solution set of a nonlinear ordinary differential equation, for all time. In general, this is as close as we can come to solving nonlinear systems. In this research work we study the dynamic…

In this paper we consider the numerical method of characteristics for the numerical solution of initial value problems (IVPs) for quasilinear hyperbolic Partial Differential Equations, as well as the difference scheme Central Time Central Space (CTCS), Crank-…

A short review of some reference solutions for the magnetohydrodynamic flow of blood is proposed in this paper. We present in details the solutions of Hartmann (1937), of Vardanyan (1973) and of Sud et al . (1974). In each case, a comparison is provided with…

Proteins are the workhorse molecules of the cell, which are obtained by folding long chains of amino acids. Since not all shapes are obtained as a folded chain of amino acids, there should be global geometrical constraints on the shape. Moreover, since the fu…

The paper aims to study the invulnerability of directed interdependent networks with multiple dependency relations: dependent and supportive. We establish three models and simulate in three network systems to deal with this question. To improve network invuln…

Nowadays, bladder cancer is the fourth most common cancer in adults and the second most frequent urogenital tumor. Predicting recurrence and progression of superficial bladder tumors, with available clinical information to decide the therapy to be used is a d…

The research in this paper is intended as an attempt to motivate the work of Zhefei He and Mingjin Wang (An inequality for covariance with applications, 2015). More precisely, In this research we first provide a generalized inequality for covariance. And then…
