Applied Mathematics (AM) is an international journal dedicated to the latest advancements in applied mathematics. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of applied mathema…

In this brief communication we present a new integral transform, so far unknown, which is applicable, for instance, to studying the kinetic theory of natural eigenmodes or transport excited in plasmas with bounded distribution functions such as in Q machines/…

Counting has always been one of the most important operations for human be-ings. Naturally, it is inherent in economics and business. We count with the unique arithmetic, which humans have used for millennia. However, over time, the most inquisitive thinkers…

In this paper, we define the generalized r -Whitney numbers of the first and second kind. Moreover, we drive the generalized Whitney numbers of the first and second kind. The recurrence relations and the generating functions of these numbers are derived. The…

In this paper we present a generalized perturbative approximate series expansion in terms of non-orthogonal component functions. The expansion is based on a perturbative formulation where, in the non-orthogonal case, the contribution of a given component func…

In order to find out the effect of human (sexual) behavior change and immigration in spreading the HIV/AIDS, a deterministic model of HIV/AIDS with infective immigration is formulated. First, basic properties of the model, including non-negativity and bounded…

This paper studies the problem of tensor principal component analysis (PCA). Usually the tensor PCA is viewed as a low-rank matrix completion problem via matrix factorization technique, and nuclear norm is used as a convex approximation of the rank operator u…

Inverted pendulum models are commonly used to study the bio-mechanics of biped walkers. In its simplest form, the inverted pendulum consists of a point mass attached to two straight mass-less legs. Most works constrain the motion of the mass to the sagittal p…

A simple mathematical model for the exudative retinal detachment has been developed. The model takes into consideration a typical retinal blister with unknown shape and the fluid flow caused by its accumulation in the subretinal space through the fluid-leakag…

We show that Yang-Mills equation in 3 dimensions is local well-posedness in H s if the norm is sufficiently. Here, we construct a solution on the quadric that is independent of the time. And we also construct a solution of the polynomial form. In the process…

The rank of a graph is defined to be the rank of its adjacency matrix. In this paper, the Matlab was used to explore the graphs with rank no more than 5; the performance of the proposed method was compared with former methods, which is simpler and clearer; an…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
