Dengue disease is the most common vector borne infectious disease transmitted to humans by infected adult female Aedes mosquitoes. Over the past several years the disease has been increasing remarkably and it has become a major public health concern. Dengue v…

Design of control strategies for gene regulatory networks is a challenging and important topic in systems biology. In this paper, the problem of finding both a minimum set of control nodes (control inputs) and a controller is studied. A control node correspon…

The calculation of the mean difference for the inverse normal distribution can be obtained by a transformation of variable or a hard integration by parts. This paper shows a simpler formula of the mean difference of the inverse normal distribution that highli…

In the present paper, we discuss the solution of Euler-Darboux equation in terms of Dirichlet averages of boundary conditions on H ? lder space and weighted H ? lder spaces of continuous functions using Riemann-Liouville fractional integral operators. Moreove…

This paper presents the formulation of finite elements based on Deslauriers-Dubuc interpolating scaling functions, also known as Interpolets, for their use in wave propagation modeling. Unlike other wavelet families like Daubechies, Interpolets possess ration…

In this paper, by means of constructing a special cone, we obtain a sufficient condition for the existence of positive solution to semipositone fractional differential equation.

By applying multiple wavelet coherence (MWC) to data from human body movements in triadic interaction, this study quantified triadic synchrony, rhythmic similarity among three interactants. Thirty-nine Japanese undergraduates were randomly assigned in a triad…

Microtubules are structures within the cell that form a transportation network along which motor proteins tow cargo to destinations. To establish and maintain a structure capable of serving the cell’s tasks, microtubules undergo deconstruction and reconstruct…

We address the problem of convergence of approximations obtained from two versions of the piecewise power-law representations arisen in Systems Biology. The most important cases of mean-square and uniform convergence are studied in detail. Advantages and draw…

This work deals with incompressible two-dimensional viscous flow over a semi-infinite plate ac-cording to the approximations resulting from Prandtl boundary layer theory. The governing non-linear coupled partial differential equations describing laminar flow…

The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of applied mathema… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
