We prove that every homomorphism of the algebra P n into the algebra of operators on a Hilbert space is completely bounded. We show that the contractive homomorphism introduced by Parrott, which is not completely contractive, is completely bounded (similar to…

In this paper, we point out an interesting asymmetry in the rules of fundamental mathematics between positive and negative numbers. Further, we show an alternative numerical system identical to today’s system, but where positive numbers dominate over negative…

The author presents a new approach which is used to solve an important Diophantine problem. An elementary argument is used to furnish another fully transparent proof of Fermat’s Last Theorem. This was first stated by Pierre de Fermat in the seventeenth centur…

The problems of determining the spectrality or non-spectrality of a measure have been received much attention in recent years. One of the non-spectral problems on μ M,D is to estimate the number of orthogonal exponentials in L 2 ( μ M,D ) . In the present pap…

In this paper we exhibit some results concerning operations with higher-order types of asymptotic variation, results lacking in the general theory developed in previous papers, namely: 1) we show to what extent the standard elementary factorization of a regul…

In this paper, we present our research on building computing machines consciousness about intuitive geometry based on mathematics experiments and statistical inference. The investigation consists of the following five steps. At first, we select a set of geome…

In this paper, the traditional proof of “square root of 2 is not a rational number” has been reviewed, and then the theory has been generalized to “if n is not a square, square root of n is not a rational number”. And then some conceptions of ring, integral d…

In this paper, an investigation of the effects of some physical parameters and Hall current on magneto hydrodynamics (MHD) fluid flow with heat flux over a porous medium was carefully examined, taking into consideration Hall effects where the temperature and…

In modern mathematics, geometric and algebraic properties of space can be applied by calculus in which the concept of gradually increasings of dimensions is existence (such as zero-dimension, one-dimension, two-dimension, and three-dimension, etc). However, t…

The segmentation of unlabeled medical images is troublesome due to the high cost of annotation, and unsupervised domain adaptation is one solution to this. In this paper, an improved unsupervised domain adaptation method was proposed. The proposed method cons…
