Circuits and Systems (CS) is an international journal dedicated to the latest advancements in circuits and systems. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of circuits and…
Nisha Walde, Syed Naseem Ahmad
The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new electronically controlled voltage mode sinusoidal oscillator (VMSO) using Voltage Differencing Transconductance Amplifiers (VDTA). The proposed circuit provides electronic control of ω 0 and independent conditio…
Pramod Govindan, Vidya Vasudevan, Thomas Gonnot, Jafar Saniie
Ultrasonic testing systems have been extensively used in medical imaging and non-destructive testing applications. Generally, these systems aim at a particular application or target material. To make these systems portable and more adaptable to the test envir…
Nazmul Hossain, Sayantan Das, Terry L. Alford
In this work, a newly fabricated organic solar cell based on a composite of fullerene derivative [6,6]-phenyl-C61 butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) and regioregular poly (3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) with an added interfacial layer of AgO x in between the PEDOT:PS…
Ikkyun Jo, Toshimasa Matsuoka
This paper describes the gate electrode resistance of MOSFET and non-quasi-static (NQS) effect for RF operation. The vertical current paths between the silicide layer and poly-silicon are considered in the gate electrode. The vertical current paths are not ef…
Jungnam Bae, Saichandrateja Radhapuram, Ikkyun Jo, Takao Kihara, Toshimasa Matsuoka
This paper presents a low-phase-noise LC voltage-controlled oscillator (LC-VCO) with top resistive biasing in subthreshold region. The subthreshold LC-VCO has low-power and low-phase-noise due to its high transconductance efficiency and low gate bias conditio…
Omid Mirmotahari, Yngvar Berg
In this paper, we present a solution to the ultra low voltage inverter by adding a keeper transistor in order to make the semi-floating-gate more stable and to reduce the current dissipation. Moreover, we also present a differential ULV inverter and elaborate…
Nisha Walde, Syed Naseem Ahmad
A new circuit for realization of universal current-mode filter using current Follower Transconductance Amplifiers (CFTAs) is presented. The proposed circuit realizes current-mode low pass, high pass and band pass filter functions simultaneously with a single…
Ajay Dadoria, Kavita Khare, T. K. Gupta, R. P. Singh
As technology shrinks in modern era the demand on high speed, low power consumption and small chip area in microprocessors is come into existence. In this paper we have presented a new class of domino circuit design for low power consumption, faster circuit s…
Gunjan Gupta, Sajai Vir Singh, Sunil Vidya Bhooshan
In this paper, a biquad filter configuration based on two voltage differencing transconductance amplifiers (VDTAs) as newly active elements and only two capacitors as passive elements is proposed which can realize voltage-mode low pass (LP), band pass (BP), h…
Nivedita Jaiswal, Radheshyam Gamad
The increasing trends in SoCs and SiPs technologies demand integration of large numbers of buses and metal tracks for interconnections. On-Chip SerDes Transceiver is a promising solution which can reduce the number of interconnects and offers remarkable benef…

The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of circuits and… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
